1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.

  • Clear photos and a complete unboxing video are mandatory as proof of damage or defect.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.

  • Photos clearly showing the issue with the product.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling.

  • Products returned without original packaging and tags.

  • Change of mind, size issues, color preference, or personal preferences.

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or alteration.

4. Return Process

To request a return, contact our support team with:

  • Customer Name

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Complete unboxing video

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another approved refund method after verification.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only provided for products received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition and subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
